Three Guarantees |

· Make It Right Guarantee: Successant partners with you to deliver your successful change. As partners, Successant doesn’t hide behind a litigious multi-page contract qualifier. While we know you will be exceedingly pleased with our services, we are eager to hold a reasonable review of any deliverables or delivery processes which you deem to be subpar. Assuming you meet us on the same field of reasonableness, we will “make it right” or cancel the contract without further charge to you.
· Phase Review: Many of our “Successful Solutions” contracts are structured to complete successive phases over time. Knowing the exceptional value we will bring to your organization, Successant will include “Contract Reviews” after each Phase. If our Make It Right Guarantee doesn’t leave you a “raving fan”, Successant will close down the contract without charging the industry’s standard fee for contract dissolution.
· First 80 Or Free: If this is our first engagement with you, Successant is confident in our ability to bring radical value to your organization. As such, we unconditionally guarantee your satisfaction during our first 80 hours of work. If you, for any reason, are not absolutely satisfied, we will cancel the contract and you pay nothing.
